It is important that you purchase a good mattress protector covering your mattress to protect from spills and body oils. Creswick offer natural Bamboo or Cotton Mattress protectors to purchase with your mattress, knowing your mattress will be protected and so will your warranty.
The mattress warranty covers faults or defects only, which means defective workmanship of coils or wires that may may be loose or broken.
The mattress is not covered if it is treated with misuse or negligence, damaged caused by transportation, normal wear and tear or an improper bed base.
