In-Store Purchases
You can return your item in-store in person within 14 days from the date of the purchase, to any of our stores for a new product or a gift card. Gift cards will also be issued for any difference between the item exchanged and the amount originally paid. You must present the receipt you received in the store at the time you purchased your items. Please make sure that tags are still attached, the product is unused or unworn and is in saleable condition.
- Due to health reasons, we cannot offer returns or refunds on our quilts, mattress toppers, mattress protectors, underblankets, pillows and pillow protectors. Please ensure you select these items carefully before purchase.
- If you have any concern with your Creswick natural sleep order, please call our Customer Service team on 1300 338 837 Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm to assist you.

You will need to include your order number, full name, contact details and any additional comments in relation to your return. If more than 1 item in on the invoice please indicate, which item/s you wish to return.

Once we have received your items back at our web returns address, a refund will be issued, and your funds will be returned via your original payment method.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach Creswick Woollen Mills. We recommend sending them back via registered post.

Standard delivery charges apply on re-delivery for online exchanges, unless during the initial request, the product is deemed faulty, or not as ordered, then we will pay for the postage.

When your item reaches us in the office, we will send back the exchanged item and notify you of the tracking number via email.
