Custom Made Mattress and Furniture OrdersĀ
Thank you for choosing CreswickĀ Woollen MillsĀ (Creswick). The following terms and conditions apply to allĀ Creswick Natural SleepĀ custom-made mattress and furniture orders. Please read them carefully prior to confirming your purchase.Ā Ā
1. Custom Made ProductsĀ
All CreswickĀ Natural FibreĀ mattresses and furniture are made to order according to the specifications selectedĀ and confirmedĀ at the time of purchase.Ā
2. Production and Delivery TimeframesĀ
Estimated delivery time for custom-made items is between 3 and 12 weeks, depending on the products ordered and production requirements.Ā We will communicate with you the expected productionĀ timelineĀ onceĀ theĀ full order details haveĀ been confirmed with customer service.Ā Ā
TheseĀ timeframesĀ are estimates only and may vary due to manufacturing or supply factors outside Creswickās reasonable control.Ā
3. Order ConfirmationĀ
After your order has been placedĀ online, a member of our Customer Service team will contact youĀ during business hoursĀ to:Ā

confirm delivery arrangementsĀ

discuss assembly requirements where applicableĀ
Production will notĀ commenceĀ until this confirmation process has been completed.Ā
4. Cooling-Off PeriodĀ
AĀ 72-hour cooling-off periodĀ applies from the time of purchase.Ā
During this period, customers may request cancellation of their order by contacting CreswickĀ Woollen Mills,Ā CustomerĀ Care Team.Ā OnceĀ approved, if production has notĀ commenced, the order may be cancelled and a refund processedĀ back to your original payment method between 5-10 business days.Ā
5. Orders Paid in Full (Without Finance)Ā
Once the order has been paid in full and production hasĀ commenced, the sale is considered final and Creswick is unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.Ā
Cancellation Prior to DeliveryĀ
Requests to cancel an order prior to delivery may be considered at Creswickās discretion.Ā
If a cancellation is approved, Creswick may deduct an amountĀ representingĀ reasonable costs incurredĀ as a result ofĀ the cancellation. These may include but are not limited to:Ā

manufacturing or administrative costsĀ

storage costsĀ
-
markdowns required to resell the itemĀ
Any approved refund will be processed less these reasonable costs.Ā
If promotional or complimentary items were supplied as part of the order, Creswick reserves the right to deduct the retail value of these items from any refund amount.Ā
6. Delivery and StorageĀ
Customers are expected to accept delivery at theĀ pre-arrangedĀ and agreedĀ delivery date and timeĀ between yourself andĀ third-partyĀ delivery provider.Ā Ā
If a customer requests delayed delivery or is unable to accept delivery as agreed, CreswickĀ willĀ apply a storage fee of $50 per week until delivery can be completed.Ā
7.Third-Party Delivery ProviderĀ
Creswick utilises independent third-party delivery providers to complete customer deliveriesĀ and assemblies.Ā
Creswick will make every reasonable effort to assist customers and liaise with the delivery provider to help resolve any issues that may arise,Ā as such, Creswick cannot guarantee or control all aspects of the delivery service, and certain matters may be subject to the policies and discretion of the delivery provider.Ā
8. Failed DeliveryĀ
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer (or authorized representative) is not present at the agreed delivery time, a re-delivery feeĀ willĀ apply.Ā
9. Re-Assignment ServiceĀ Ā
Creswick offers a Mattress Re-Assignment Service toĀ assistĀ customers who wish to change theĀ comfort layer of theirĀ mattress,Ā after purchase. Eligible customers may request a reassignment between 120 days and 12 months from the date of purchase, provided the mattress has been used andĀ maintainedĀ in accordance withĀ the policy requirements andĀ remainsĀ in acceptable condition.Ā Fees apply.Ā
The service is limited to one reassignment per order, may require the mattress to be returned in suitable packaging, and delivery fees may apply for the replacement mattress. Certain purchases, including floor stock, clearance items, and mattresses that are damaged or soiled, are not eligible.Ā Ā

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, orĀ modifiesĀ any rights you may have under theĀ Australian Consumer Law (ACL).Ā
10. Australian Consumer LawĀ
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under theĀ Australian Consumer Law.Ā Ā
You are entitled to:Ā

a replacement or refund for aĀ major failure, andĀ

compensation for any otherĀ reasonably foreseeableĀ loss or damage.Ā
You are also entitled to have the goodsĀ repaired or replacedĀ if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.Ā
