FAQs

Do you accept orders over the phone?

Yes, we do accept phone orders. Browse through our website to see what products we have available, then call us at 1800 338 837from Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm and we can assist you with placing an order. Orders can be made on your behalf when paying with a credit card, but we cannot place an order for you using PayPal or Afterpay.

How can I check on my order?

Once we have shipped your order via Australia Post, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can track the progress of your delivery.

What if the item I ordered is out of stock?

On rare occasions, an item you ordered may go out of stock before we are able to remove it from the website. If you have ordered an item that has gone out of stock, we will contact you to see if you would like a similar product or to let you know how long it will be before it is back in stock. If you are not satisfied with these options, we will happily process a refund for you.

Return and Exchange Policy

In-Store Purchase: Returns

You can return your item in-store in person within 14 days from the date of the purchase (during the period advised above), to any of our stores for a new product or a gift card.

  • Gift cards will also be issued for any difference between the item exchanged and the amount originally paid. 
  • You must present the receipt you received in the store at the time you purchased your items. 
  • Please make sure that tags are still attached, the product is unused or unworn and is in saleable condition.

Online Purchase: Returns

We need to be advised of your intention to return within 30 days of your purchase date.

  • We need to be advised of your intention to return within 14 days of
    delivery by contacting us via phone at 1800 338 837 or emailing help@creswickwool.com.au.

You can return an item purchased online:

To any Creswick Woollen Mills retail store (For store locations, please refer to this link https://www.creswickwool.com/store-locator)
however please note that the refund will not take place in-store and will be processed by our office once they have been notified of the return. You may also choose to post your return to our online store returns/exchange address.

  • Please
    ensure that the tags are still attached, the product is unused and is
    in saleable condition. Garments must not have been worn.

    to health reasons, we cannot offer returns or refunds on our quilts,
    mattress toppers, mattress protectors, underblankets, pillows and pillow
    protectors. Please ensure you select these items carefully before
    purchase.

If
you have any concern with your Creswick natural sleep order, please
call our Customer Service team on 1300 338 837 Monday to Friday 10am to
4pm to assist you.

  • You
    will need to include your order number, full name, contact details and
    any additional comments in relation to your return. If more than 1 item
    is on the invoice please indicate, which item/s you wish to return. 
  • Once
    we have received your items back at our web returns address, a refund
    will be issued, and your funds will be returned via your original
    payment method.

Please
note: Delivery costs will be excluded from the refund if the
refund/exchange is due to a change of mind. If during the initial
request, the product is deemed faulty, or not as ordered, we will pay
for the postage.  

The
goods are your responsibility until they reach Creswick Woollen Mills.
We recommend sending them back via registered post.

Wear and Tear

If you receive a faulty product, you can
return it for an exchange or a refund. However, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for garments that have been damaged due to regular wear and tear, such as a button falling off or a zipper breaking after use. Similarly, blankets that show signs of wear from regular use, such as pilling or fabric thinning over time, are not eligible for return or exchange.
