Do you accept orders over the phone?
Yes, we do accept phone orders. Browse through our website to see what products we have available, then call us at 1800 338 837 from Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm and we can assist you with placing an order. Orders can be made on your behalf when paying with a credit card, but we cannot place an order for you using PayPal or Afterpay.
How can I check on my order?
Once we have shipped your order via Australia Post, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can track the progress of your delivery.

What if the item I ordered is out of stock?
On rare occasions, an item you ordered may go out of stock before we are able to remove it from the website. If you have ordered an item that has gone out of stock, we will contact you to see if you would like a similar product or to let you know how long it will be before it is back in stock. You can return your item in-store in person within 14 days from the date of the purchase (during the period advised above), to any of our stores for a new product or a gift card.
- Gift cards will also be issued for any difference between the item exchanged and the amount originally paid.
- You must present the receipt you received in the store at the time you purchased your items.
- Please make sure that tags are still attached, the product is unused or unworn and is in saleable condition.
