Will my order arrive before Christmas?
Yes, if you order by 14 December for standard delivery.
Can I return or exchange sale items?
Yes. Purchases made in November and December 2026 can be returned or exchanged within 60 days. Items must be unworn, in original packaging with tags attached. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty items still apply to sale goods.
Are sale items lower quality?
No. Every sale item comes from our regular range, in the same merino, alpaca, cashmere and bamboo.
Is alpaca or merino better for a blanket?
Alpaca is warmer for its weight and lanolin-free, which suits people sensitive to wool. Merino is soft, breathable and a little less warm, so it suits year-round use.
